1. PRICING AND RATES

Our pricing policy ensures transparent and competitive rates for all services listed on our website or provided through consultation. All prices are quoted per service and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices exclude tips for technicians or additional charges for specialized services unless explicitly stated.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in market conditions, such as labor costs, material costs, or other economic factors.


2. MODE OF PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of service completion. Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or other payment systems as agreed upon during booking. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges, which must be settled promptly.


3. SERVICE CONFIRMATION

Once you book our services, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the scope of services, scheduled time, and any other relevant details. Please review the confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.


4. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

4.1 Cancellation

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charges.
  • Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

4.2 No-Show

Failure to be present at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will be charged. Rescheduling for no-shows will be treated as a new booking and subject to availability.


5. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, you must notify Orented Pest Control by phone or email. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and any applicable charges. Services not officially canceled through our channels will be considered confirmed bookings, and fees will apply accordingly.


6. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

Service plans and schedules may be subject to minor adjustments based on weather, access issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Orented Pest Control reserves the right to make these changes without refund or compensation.


7. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

Orented Pest Control is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from unforeseen incidents during or after service delivery. Clients are encouraged to secure appropriate insurance coverage to safeguard against unexpected events.


8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and pest issues when booking a service. Adequate access to the property must be granted for service delivery. Orented Pest Control is not liable for delays or incomplete services due to lack of access or misinformation.


9. WEBSITE USAGE LIMITATIONS

All content on the Orented Pest Control website, including logos, images, and service descriptions, is the property of Orented Pest Control. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content for commercial or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.


10. FORCE MAJEURE

Orented Pest Control shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, or other emergencies.
